Delete Your Account

How to permanently delete your Adlly account and the data associated with it.

Applies to the Adlly creator app and the Adlly advertiser portal | Operated by Krishnasyam Adtech Private Limited

1. How to request deletion

Enter the mobile number registered on your Adlly account and submit the form below. We will verify that the number is yours and then delete the account.

The number you use to sign in to the Adlly app.

You can also email admin@adlly.in, or call +91 94258 58985. There is no charge, and you do not need to give a reason.

2. What we need from you

So that we only ever delete an account at the request of the person it belongs to, please send your request from the email address registered on the account, and include:

  • the mobile number registered on your Adlly account;
  • whether you are a creator or an advertiser.

If you cannot email us from your registered address, we will verify your identity another way — usually a one-time password sent to your registered mobile number — before we act on the request.

3. What is deleted

Once your request is verified, we permanently delete:

  • your profile — name, email address, mobile number, date of birth, gender, city and state, and your profile photo;
  • your Instagram connection, including the access tokens we hold for it. Adlly can no longer read your profile or publish anything to your account. You may also revoke Adlly’s access at any time from Instagram’s own settings;
  • your KYC documents and identity data, including PAN and Aadhaar details, subject to the tax-record exception in section 4;
  • your bank account and UPI details;
  • your device tokens, so you stop receiving push notifications;
  • your in-app notifications, ratings and campaign application history.

Your account is closed and cannot be signed in to again. If you later want to use Adlly, you will need to create a new account.

4. What is retained, and why

Indian law requires us to keep certain financial records even after an account is closed, and we cannot delete these on request. As stated in our Privacy Policy, tax and TDS records are retained for the periods mandated under Indian tax law.

Specifically, we retain:

  • GST tax invoices issued to advertisers for wallet deposits;
  • TDS certificates and deduction records for payments made to creators, which we are required to report to the Income Tax Department;
  • Payment, payout and wallet ledger entries, which form part of our books of account.

These records necessarily include the name, PAN and payment details they were issued against — a tax record without them would not be a valid record. They are kept only for statutory compliance, are not used for marketing or any other purpose, and are deleted once the retention period required by law has passed.

We may also retain data where we are required to do so by a court, a regulator or law enforcement, or where it is needed to resolve a dispute that is still open.

5. How long it takes

We acknowledge every deletion request, normally within 2 working days.

Once your identity is verified and any open obligations in section 6 are settled, we complete the deletion within 30 days. We will email you to confirm when it is done.

Records covered by section 4 are retained for the period the law requires and are then deleted.

6. Before you request deletion

Some things cannot be undone once your account is gone, and a few need settling first. Please check:

  • Wallet balance. Advertisers should withdraw or use any remaining wallet balance first. We will tell you if a balance remains when you request deletion.
  • Pending earnings. Creators should withdraw any earnings that have been released. Earnings still held in escrow for a campaign that has not completed cannot be paid out early.
  • Live campaigns. If you have an active campaign or an accepted collaboration that has not been completed, we will ask you to complete or cancel it first.
  • Published posts. Deleting your Adlly account does not remove posts already published to your own Instagram account. Those remain yours, and you can delete them from Instagram yourself.
  • Tax documents. Download any GST invoices or TDS certificates you may need before your account is closed. We can still provide them afterwards on request, but it is simpler to keep your own copies.
